When you applied you thought ExtractCorp was a decent company. You were wrong. They advertise of gathering natural resources for everybody's benefit. Lies. The strategy is to destroy whole worlds if necessary to get to the resources, no matter what lives there. The only thing that matters is income and growth. And you didn't read the contract properly before signing.
