We, the War Council of Kuminojo, hereby authorise you to conduct the important mission of transmission!

Our enemy, the shameless Chanmiang republic, has disrupted communication with the sea outposts thus rendering it impossible to know their status. As a brave captain of broadcasting vessel you need to get to each of the outposts and transmit their status to us.

Shall the faith of our people’s country be with you!
