Power in this era doesn't mean muscle, it means cars, modified battle ready cars with weaponry which are capable of destroying a tank and withstand a nuclear attack. People who are left have formed clans to increase their strength and this has started a war between clans. In this war only the strongest clans survival is eminent and they crush the other clans to win the war between clans or get crushed by them.
You are the leader of your clan and their lifeline. You are their leader and the greatest hope for them. Your reign is in danger now. Some rival groups have entered your area and threatening your supremacy. This has become contest of champions and in this contest of champions only the fierce can survive and claim the reign.
