FE Cipher Trial Decks

I wanted to have a card game to use as a way to learn programming card games, figuring out how to structure them to facilitate a lot of dirrent cards and effects.

I found the Cipher card game which really looked like an awesome card game that not a lot of people knew about since it never was released outside Japan. I wanted to share this game with more people so I chose this to base it on.

I don't want to take away anything from the real card game so I have only added the first two starter decks so that people can try it out to see what they have missed now that the card game has officially ended.
