Fieldrunners reviews

0815 Tower Defense Don't Be mirroured because of The Season, I bought the Game back then via Humble Bundle and played it on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo, even if the Smartphone variant is slightly slimmed down. So there are a few Fewer cards and Game Modes. Gameplay "Fieldrunners" is an ordinary tower defense Game with the typical Standard towers. We close our way through the Levels and the Boredom comes up quite quickly. You build the Towers where you want and so you get to the typical "Tunnelling," where we create as long a way as possible for the Opponents. The Length of a Game is particularly annoying. With 100 Waves of monotonous Building Of towers, you simply feel like It. Especially since each Level is similar and you just do the same thing. At higher Levels of Difficulty, the Game is also almost impossible to master. Once you have managed a Mode, you can then compete in other Game Modes, for example with 6 towers instead of 4. But that doesn't make the Cake sweeter now ... I spent about 3 Hours in the Game, then hats was enough for me. Story Simply not present, as is often the Case with Smartphone Games. Tower defense Games, in my Opinion, don't necessarily need a Story either, though. Graphic/Sound Because it is an Android port, of course, the Graphics are not particularly good. However, I also noticed the missing Details with which the Game could have been somewhat nice. Well, at least occasionally Butterflies fly over the Map ... The Sound is ... Well. He's very minimal. Verdict I spent 3 Hours in "Fieldrunners." However, I also watched Netflix ("The Killing") on the side, as I quickly got bored with the Game. The Rounds are far too long and the Game has no Specifics that could make someone buy the Game. So I'm not surprised that only the second Part in the Play Store can be purchased and the First one has been removed. It is not horrible, but it is not worth buying! Great great great. I love it. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the game doesn't fill the hole screen. There are black side edges when you go fullscreen. Not that bad though. But would be nice if it didn't have the edges. It's like seeing an 80's show on your flatscreen tv. The edges doesn't fill.

This is the first version of Fieldrunners, so not comparable to Fieldrunners 2 on iOS. However, the implementation is very bad. Here was simply ported one to one. No adjustment of the graphics resolution to the Mac, control bad. When full screen, the image is just scaled. In windowed mode it looks a little better, but then the control with the mouse is catastrophic. Also, the individual towers that lie one behind the other are very difficult to select. An update is needed here. BEFORE YOU DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if you are used to Fieldrunners 2 on ipad.

I'm an avid FR2 player on the iPhone, so I struck at once on the Mac version, but I'm totally disappointed: 1. The gamplay is not pretty: the perspective is too jarring, you can not keep the consecutive feet apart (looks wild) 2. The runners' tracks are not displayed with lines (like on the iPhone when pausing or setting new doors) 3. At the end of the first mission I do not get beyond the highscore list (so I can not continue playing !!!!); I'll come back to that point if I press resume in the start screen (I can only enter the highscore list every time) ALSO: wait and see if the urgently needed update comes soon, otherwise really bad! I'll take my iPhone again and keep playing!
