Greek steam power
Sicilian laser tech
Egyptian cyborg medicine
Priestly cults may pursue the ethical debates of this time. But the people see only one thing: GAMES, and their SHOW!
Defeat or victory -shame or glory -are welcome omens of time, of life, of destiny for the god-emperor. The emperor will speak with cold breath and hot fury: Which men, and which technology will lead the realm into the future?
