Firing Shark is a vertical shoot'em up arcade video-game, very playable with nice colorful graphics.
Controlling the titular biplane, the player must fight endless waves of military enemies (enemy forces like tanks, battleships, airplanes and artillery) as the main objective while avoiding collision with their projectiles and other obstacles. The plane has a powerful bomb at its disposal that can clear the screen of enemies when fired, capable of obliterating any enemy caught within its blast radius. Shooting down colored waves of enemy planes formation spawn items like "S" power-up icon that add cannons to your weaponry, point bonus and extra life.
It is a J2ME Flying Shark 1987 arcade conversion (Java ME) reprogrammed game version, so you'll need a cell phone (Symbian or J2ME) to play it.
Tested on real hardware: Nokia C3-00, Nokia E63, Nokia E71, Nokia E72, Nokia X2-01, Nokia 5310 XpressMusic.
Resolutions available: 320x240 and 240x320.
