Early Access Review I write This Review because the game page says a VR device is needed. That's not true-I play it on the normal Screen and control it with an Xbox 360 gamepad. Goes great. Even the First-person perspective is easily playable. If You like tennis Matches: Mandatory Purchase!
(No VR device required! Game runs fine here on a standard monitor, controlled with a Xbox 360 gamepad!)
By The way, my corresponding Post here in the Forum has been deleted by the (obviously very dedicated) developer, but: If you want to change your Player name in the Career mode afterwards, look for "Mikori" in the Windows registry. On the Key "Playername _ h ..." Double click and change the Name on the right. In the Game itself, no Space or point can be entered at the moment (but the Opponents are called "J. DOE" and not "JDOE") and the Player Name may have a maximum of only eight Digits; There's more to the Registry than that.

--------------------------------------------------------------So I have to withdraw my first Review. On the first Pass I got frustrated quite quickly because the Markups didn't work. But That was probably because I had put the Graphic on Ultra, which probably led to drops in the Frame rate. In This regard, I have to mention that the Developer had immediately contacted me and had tried to help me fix the Problem. Unfortunately, you rarely find a Developer like this nowadays and he deserves my full Support for that. Anyway, I was able to hit Up now without any Problems, after I had reset the Graphics quality to Normal and since then the Game has been really Fun. Sure, it may still take some Time before I hit every ball perfectly and the Game will never be able to replace real Tennis or will you not really get better in real Life by regularly practicing in the game, but it's definitely a nice Pastime!
So far, I've only played training mode. I may add to my Review when I have tested the other Modes such as Career and Multiplayer, but so far I can recommend this Game to anyone interested in Tennis.
