Hey there!

"fleeting heartbeats" is a game about struggle between life and death, conceptualized by a game of dice.
It's about loss, death and introspection, if you're not into that - feel free to pass this one.

The game is a finished interactive story which will take around 8 - 10 minutes to complete. It was created during the 48-hour GMTK-GameJam 2022.

Play with sound! 
Preferably play fullscreen for immersion, but that is up to you!

The controls should be clear, but just to be sure:
- Mouse-Movement for looking around and manipulating dice.
- A- & D-Keys to talk (whenever possible).
- R-Key to roll dice (whenever possible).

If the embedded GameWindow scales weirdly on fullscreen, it can help to exit and reenter fullscreen a few times.
