"Footprints" is a Visual Tale game, is a crossover of "A light in the snow" where the protagonist is Christian Andersen. The script of this game is based on an episode of Andersen's childhood, script based on real events but ficted by Fran Kapilla.

This game can only be obtained (at the moment) by acquiring the physical copy of "A light in the snow", as it is attached or by digital donation here, on itch.io

"Footprints" is a game of the same length (they are short stories) and as beautiful as "A light in the snow."

CROSSOVER, Synopsis:

Set in that Victorian era, in the same winter of 1846. The game tells the story of little Andersen, about a fact that happened to him (fiction but inspired by a little real data) that was the trigger for his new life.

The graphics have been redrawn using pixelart from classic moves, documentaries and nineteenth-century royalty-free illustrations.  MUCHO Engine (Jari Komppa).
