The world is coming to an end because Pandora, the beautiful curious evil, opened the jar/box that was gifted her by her creators, and all human behaviours have escaped, affecting all living beings.

That’s why each mythology’s God came to Earth, and are now competing with each other to collect the human behaviours (virtues, vices and taboos) that are affecting the worlds;

For regaining their strength and having control over that amazingly powerful weapon, the Pandora’s Box/Jar.
