How does a human mind cope with a life or death situation?

In this game the player is put in a critically injured patient’s path to recovery through his own distorted vision of reality due to sedation drugs, combined with the outside vision of family and doctors. 

Here, symptoms, fears, reality and hallucinations mix creating a surreal world that the player will have to go through if he wants to live.
