Four (dbonomini)

Welcome to Four!  You spawn into a small room with a weapon spawn, that will randomly spawn one of four types of elemental weapons.  This will only spawn one weapon at a time, forcing you to discard the first to get the next.  You will then discover that There are four elemental enemies that are randomly spawned into the main room, but be careful as you only have 20 ammo per weapon.  Good luck on your race to 200 points or zero life!
