A few Seconds. You don't need more to fall in love with this beautiful Point-and-click adventure. The Design of the Characters and the Surroundings are stunning. Not to mention the Story, which immediately captivates you (unless you shy away from abstruse thoughts and Ideas). You literally sink into the World of little Fran and you don't want to be saved. One wants to follow her Journey further and further, listen to the often very crazy Dialogues and of course also admire the sometimes quite disturbing, nightmarish Scenes in full Awfulness. I don't want to anticipate too much. You should be allowed to experience a Gaming Experience yourself. Fran Bow is clearly one of the most artful Video Games my Eyes have ever been able to glimpse. A great Game.

"Do you Swallow the red Capsule ..." Then the Game catapults you into an extraordinary Gaming Experience. Exceptionally beautiful and heartbreaking, but also exceptionally creepy and brutal, an emotional Rollercoaster Ride that brings one Time and more to the Mind. A really great Point-and-click adventure, where you win not only the Protagonist but also all the Creatures you deal with are incredibly dear. At least, as long as it's not the black Monster. Detailed, beautifully drawn, coherent and yet sometimes very demanding Puzzles, which can often only be solved by changing the Realities, which I personally liked very much. Moreover, history and the coherent End leave an infinite amount of Room for Speculation and each Will probably interpret the Events a little differently for themselves. Great Done! All That remains for me is to pick up on the profound Final Sentence: "A Lot of Things I still don't know, but I know one thing. When Choosing between Guilt and Fear, I choose happiness. " What a Lucky thing I played the Game!

The Story poignant, the Music absolutely fitting and the Mood supportive. That's the short-circuiting, but there's more to be said. At First, I had briefly decided that it's a good Idea not to offer a Voiceover, but I have to say that it doesn't bother me at all. Quite the Opposite, it leaves Room for Imagination. I have come to the Conclusion that there is better no Voiceover than one that does not do justice to the Mood. This leaves more room to make Music, Images and the Story work together. The Idea of letting the Story take place in the real World and in a Diving world consisting of evil Visions has thrilled me, and how both Worlds are linked to each other via the Story is truly masterful. I can only recommend the Game to anyone who loves story-based Games. Graphic and musical Implementation create a Framework that more than lives up to the Headline "Horror Point And Click." However, One should not expect Miracles with regard to the Graphics, but I find them absolutely appropriate for what the Game promises. I can recommend the Game unrushed. For me, it's a very special Discovery, if not the Discovery of the Year. At £14.99, the Price is also fair and reasonable. Have even bought it in the Steam sale for £4.99per. Keep your Eyes peeled ...
