Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich reviews

This Game and its Predecessor (which unfortunately only runs with a few Tricks properly on today's PC's) are, in my Opinion, by far the best superhero games that have been made. A gaaanz clear (really really clear, very clear!;)) Purchase Recommendation if you like the group combat system from Baldur's Gate and Co (pausable Real-time) and Superheroes. Note: With me, FFvTTR runs completely without problems, at least on Windows 7. The Game is divided into Missions, each on medium-sized Maps. The Fight is very similar to Baldur's Gate, Pillars of Eternity, Dragon Age Origins and Co. So Real-time and pausable, with multiple (up to four) Heroes. They must meet Mission Goals, Blow away enemies with Superpowers, etc. The Environment is completely (really completely!) destructible, and throwing a Car at an Opponent can also go into your Pants. It can bounce somewhere, fly in a high Bow on your own Troupe and hurl everyone away there by Explosion, whereupon a figure bounces somewhere again, flies to a Gas tank etc. Chaos and Pure fun. The Story is told in Comic Style, the Speakers do great Work and certain Quotes are still stuck in the Mind after Years, much like with "The Secret of Monkey Island," the Sword Duels. The Accompaniment is also absolutely top notch. New Heroes are added, Betrayal and Friendship, Giant Dinosaurs and Super-power Nazis, as it should be. So Between missions, you can recruit new, prefabricated Heroes. The better you have accumjusted in the Missions, including Secondary objectives, the more Points ("Prestige") you get, which you can put into new Team Members. These are all based on existing Comichelden or something very special. From teleporting Combat Robots to multiple Personalities to the bewitching Southern Doll, everything is there. In addition, the Heroes in the Team rise in Level and become stronger. If you prefer to play with your own Hero, no Problem. One assigns Completely new Forces animation, Effect, range, determines whether the Hero can fly or jump high, his Resistance and value-white to really bake his Desired Hero. You then recruit it as much during the Campaign as any other Hero, and you also rise in the Level. Tip: On the Internet you will not only find a Lot (all?) of well-known Characters, but also new Animations for Forces ("FX"), etc. There is hardly a Game for which there is so much Stuff to download even after more than 10 Years, including completely new Campaigns. "Alex Freedom Fortress," for example, would be a good Starting Point if you want to play with Batman or Wolverine. Due To Age, of course, not such a Graphic Fireworks Display as Batman Asylum, but with more Charm, more Chaos, more Heroes, beautifully colorful and beautifully colorful. And You don't get eye Cancer anyway, the comic Style has held up quite well. Overall for Role-playing lovers with superhero flavor an almost perfect Game and sure one of my absolute Favorite games. It's Nice that there is now on Steam, because the German DVD version at that time had a terrible Copy protection.
