Futanari Quest is an ecchi RPG with yuri themes. You take the role of Yui, a young woman who is blessed/cursed with a surprise gender-change! You're given the challenging task of ensuring your genetics are passed down to future generations.

Alongside your bubbly fairy companion, you'll meet plenty of charming characters along the way: strong warrior women, shy princesses, cold-hearted killers and so many more.

Compared to the original Patreon version, this edition of the game features an extra encounter with 2 new CGs and resolves the main storyline. In addition, the battle and crafting systems are now complete.
