Product received for free Early Access Review I have received a Free Key to try General Pratictioner: It is a visual novel style game, with some component of financial managing (doctors, nurses, equipments...) and "skill points" (charm, knowledge...) , and it set a new vision of VN, being more complete. Other than the work at the clinic, you can visit some places (bowling, gym, pool..) where you can interact with other characters. The exams are not all egual cause, as in real life, every patient have a different mood: you will find the shy tipe or the exhibitionist, one who trust you or a sceptical, and by the you approach them and examine them, their opinion about you will change. The Dev release an update every month with constancy, and altought the game is still in Early Access, it already looks like a complete game. The Dev is also implementing the Steam Workshop, so everybody can create their own patient's exam: possibly you can find every existing illness in a WS's patient. The music is very relaxing and pleasant. There are two mode to play, normal (where you have mature content), and "Vanilla", in which you can play only the practitioner part: this make it ideal to stream :) If you are a fan of Visual Novel or Medicine, i strongly raccomend that you try this game.

Early Access Review i Love the visual novels and I think this is one of a kind! We Dress the role of a general practitioner who every day must manage his life, between work in the clinic, study and various activities in the leisure (gym, cinema, massages, pubs, etc...). In All this we have to do with the different cases of patients in the clinic and the hospital, allowing the player to be overwhelmed by stories sometimes even very sensitive and touching. The relationship with the patients, the family and the staff (you can hire and fire anyone you prefer!) allows you to create bonds of friendship, love (you can have one or more girlfriends!) and even dislikes! In Addition to managing the clinic, you can buy all the necessary tools and uniforms for their employees, so as to increase their fame and become a medical reference for the whole city! There are very erotic scenes for those looking for those kinds of adventures, but you can also avoid them if you play only medical cases or if you try to maintain a certain professional integrity and therefore not doing the "Latin lover" with patients, their nurses or the PR Its cousin/sister! It'S up to the player to choose what kind of doctor to be! A note also on the music, personally I find them very apt! I Do not find any negatives, except that I hope to see it, one day, also made in Italian! As a last thing I would like to say that this game has a great potential, both for the product itself, and because it has the power to intrigue the player, prompting him to do research on the web, for pure interest, on everything related to the field of medicine (pathologies Unknown disorders, differences in machinery, etc...).
