Memorandum: Ghost Tiger Incident.

Agents, 

We have been informed of an occult threat in the Kursk Oblast. Unofficial reports of a “Ghost Tiger” started up several weeks ago. Officially The USSR has blamed farmers plowing buried munitions. Last night the KGB Occult Division formally asked for assistance. We are deploying you to hunt down this anomaly and remove it from the field. Destroy or capture.
