Dole out deserved punishment on the mean streets of NYC. Send out parcels containing New York's finest... But don't spread your resources too thin, manage how many police you send with the fugitive's wanted value.

Click on a present to start to fill it, click the buttons corresponding to how many police you want to send, press the down arrow to shut the box and then again to seal it, and press the up arrow to open it if it hasn't been fully sealed yet. The presents will move along the conveyor belt quicker and quicker as Christmas time gets hectic and make less than 10 mistakes for as long as you can.
