[GMTKJam2019] One Way

Your character leaves behind a trail of void, don't cross your own path!

Controls:

• Use W, A, S, D to move, Space to jump
• Optional use your xbox controller: Left stick for movement and Y (yellow) for jump

Mechanics:

• Visit all Gates (blue) to progress to the next room
• Avoid Spikes
•  Avoid crossing your own path
• Jump against a wall for some hang time, jump again for a dash away from the wall
• Hit jump mid-air to dash in different 8 directions
• Collect yellow orbs to refill your dash.

We weren't quite able to explore the design space and only have two levels, but it was fun to follow along the celeste video and implement some of its movement mechanics.
