Has the most connection to the first part. In fact, part of the old camp has migrated to «Jarkendar». Throughout the entire walkthrough, it felt like I was playing «Gothic 1».
During all the running around in «Jarkendar», I realized that this is it. Because it doesn't have the creation of that hero image that was thrust upon it in the main plot of «Gothic 2», the «You're the Chosen One»! You're nobody and everybody's challenging you. Just like it was in «Gothic 1».
The atmosphere, music and design of «Jarkendar» is immersive and personally reminds me of the beginnings of «Gothic 3», more specifically the kingdom of «Myrtana».
