Grow Up
About
While out exploring the galaxy with MOM, BUD’s parental spaceship, she goes to pieces. Like, literally – MOM’s all over the place. The positioning of that moon was terribly inconsiderate. Now her ship parts are scattered far and wide across an entire alien planet so rich in flora and fauna it would make even the most jaded galactic gardener’s head spin. It’s up to BUD to collect all her parts and get them back to the moon.
- Join this adorable wobbly robot on his fantastical acroBUDic adventure to the moon.
- Collect MOM’s ship parts with the help of your new friend POD. She likes planets. A lot.
- Explore an entire alien planet filled with excitement and wonder. And a Flungus.
- Walking’s overrated. Tuck BUD into Ball mode to boost, bounce and roll around the planet.
- Take to the air and soar between floating islands like a big metal bird with the Power Glider.
- Exercise those green fingers and overcome obstacles by spawning any plant you’ve found with the Floradex 3000.
- Ride giant Starplants into the sky (yes, we know what they look like…)

Grow up, it's a little grow Home 1.5: we take the same and start again, but putting overall more of everything. A bigger universe (and that stretches in transverse now, even on the whole planet, and more than only vertically), more plants to grow, more Critters and flowers to cross, more things to do with the introduction of challenges... and conversely a little less charm (the effect of surprise being passed probably), a little less fun to discover in this world bigger in which one gets lost easily... and more nervousness with these * & @! § challenges some of which are millimetre even for a robot boosted thoroughly, that one really wonders what they do in a game absolutely not punitive to the atmosphere so Zen.
Leaving to do one of only two, grow home and grow up... Nan, do both, and do them in order, when the bundle is on sale they are practically given and I find that they complement each other well, grow home being a good introduction full of charm and flavor to a grow up less balanced but richer.

"We take the same and start again!", if Ubisoft tends to apply this formula to several of its AAA, does the cute license of reflection escape the practice? I would say no because if the game instencie a lot of small novelties in this opus, it looks noticeably to its elder in terms of gameplay. An upgrade of the first opus in itself but whose pill should better pass than a game sold to < $50, has good hearing...
So some time after having crashed on this unknown planet, our dear BUD finds himself again lost on a planet. Except that this time in addition to reaching the sky, he will have to gather the pieces of his ship scattered as a result of a collision. A very sad affair that will allow you to have fun in this sandbox for about 10 hours.
A notable part of this opus, the game is now equipped with a camera diving at the STR. Intuitive, the latter allows you to analyze your environment more distinctly. So in itself a real +. In the same way the game allows us to be equipped with a "paragliding". Coupled with the propulsion of the Jetpack this allows us to explore the map in a very fluid way. Thus, from the point of view of exploration it is a real plus because if the map is much larger than the first one, the differentiation of the places and our management of the space greatly facilitates this part of the game.
For the rest it is quite similar to a few nuances: you will have to analyse the Flora (plants) of the planet and not the fauna (animals) at the previous, 150 gems are present and challenges of pods are present this and there in order to allow you to master the c of the game and improve your inventory.
Always as dumb and friendly, this license leads us to a second quality game. It is up to you to see if the game is worth the effort because it is quite similar to its elder.
