Gyzer-0: Rising Edge

The game takes place in a simulation test for the new cyborg model, Gyzer-Zero.
Fight through mechanisms and traverse through the map with ease. He can jump high distances and use somersaults to pull off more height and damage. Though it seems he is a bit buggy at the moment, please feel free to play around with his unique skillsets. I'll make sure to improve him and other aspects of the game in the future.

• A /D - Movement
• W / SPACE - Jump, Air Attack, Dive Attack
• S - Crouch
• S + SPACE - Slide Attack
• ESC - Pause Menu
• LMB - Navigate Pause Menu

Made for Make-a-Level Game Jam 2021 with the theme "Emergency."
My concept was of a hero who is the main actual threat. He infiltrated the enemy base with such speed, they had to pull-off everything they've got to stop him. So at the end you'll get to fight a big-boss who's supposed to be a carrier of mechs, but unfortunately didn't get to make the other robots in time for the fight!

All graphic assets were made from scratch, while sound effects have been reused from older projects and music was free-to-use.
