Half Baked Dialogue Engine for Phaser

I couldn't get much of my original idea working, or much of anything working, completed before the deadline. I have the first prototype of the dialogue engine.

Press space to advance the dialogue. When the dialogue is complete, move the player character with the arrow keys.
