Hat Catcher

Added backgrounds(no parallax yet), added scoring, added leader boards but not viewable yet(your score does get added), fixed bounds ,and fixed respawn out of bounds.

Still in dev, not sure where or how far I'm going to go with it. Any suggestions welcome.
