Head-to-Head Strategy
Originally proposed in 1982 by mathematician John Conway, Phutball (for Philosophers' Football) pits two players against each other, in a way that cleverly removes traditional piece ownership from other games you might play on a Go board.
Finally on the NESHomebrew Championship Phutball brings the classic game to the NES, where you and a friend can compete on a playfield optimized for the Nintendhino's output resolution.
