Head Hunter (geehaf)

Head Hunter is a 4K game for the Commodore 64.

This game is an entry in the 2022 Reset64 4KB Craptastic Game Competition

Synopsis : Head Hunter is a compact, simple run & gun style platformer and the aim is to collect all the gems to progress to the next level, whilst avoiding or destroying the angry falling heads. You can also pick-up pulsing hearts to replenish your player's health. On completing a level, bonus points are awarded based upon your remaining health. When hunting the heads, they can only be killed if hit in the mouth area by your bullets. Be wary when killing heads moving away from you, they can bite back! You can skip a level by pressing the "1" key during the game but bonus points are not awarded. Good luck!!

Controls :  Use joystick port 2 :- Left, Right, Up (Jump) and Fire. Both PAL & NTSC compatible.
