Hell Breaks Loose

A rogue-like game where you have to try survive and kill as many enemies as you can until you demise.  But when kill an enemy it drops a dice and a new random enemy spawns but depending on what rolled depends on how many of them spawn. How long can you survive till all hell breaks loose?
