This game was made for Mini Jam 69. Jam's theme was "Hell" and the limitation "Cards must be a mechanic".

Little devil was in the middle of his magician practice, his side gig, when people in hell started having too much fun in his absence. Break up the party, by slicing up 100 party balloons in 90 seconds, with his magic cards.
