heracles vs lion

An entry for lowrezjam / pdjam (not considering the BONUS-theme "paper"), based on the legend of heracles slaying the nemean lion. The gameplay was inspired by games like punch-out, infinity blade, etc. Use cursor-keys and watch your stamina.

TIPPS:

• dodge (LEFT/RIGHT) strikes, then attack (UP)
• block (DOWN) will regain your stamina
• blocking while getting hit reduces damage, but will also drain a lot of stamina
