They are scamming people for their money, not responding to mails, no costumer service or ticket avaible ingame. Hopeless matchmaking system, 100% flowing of russian retards everywhere ingame. Thus sometimes player's ticket might not be answered instantly it comes in. But we'll take good care of player issue as soon as we read it. Alquez, who was top 1 last season, is doing wintrade this season. His last 4 games were against another player called also Alquez and who died 10 times or more, dying on purpose, being top 1 last season. Wintrade ruins this game because there is no fair play and the TOP 1 is not real when they reach that position doing wintrade with other account of his property. I ask for a more punishment to this kind of people. Alquez did wintrade on march 23 at 11-11:15 spanish hour, and u can see the match in the Abdso profile for example. Enter Abdso profile and see their last game played, on march 23, with Wendy. In my team were Alquez and Pervert, and in the other team were another played also called Alquez (top 1 last season) doing wintrade. Hello, our team is already aware of the issue. Unfortunately, the Developer is looking for blame with the Player. Selfly, they don't feel responsible for the Crashes that make the Game unplayable. Not even The Adventure Mode can be enjoyed, because after every second Level the App just crashes. Even in the middle of a Match, this has happened. I don't mind if it happens once in a while, but the Frequency of this App is disproportionately large. It's a shame as the Game is really good. My Opinion, first let your Fingers off it. As long as this Problem is not fixed, you can forget "Heros Evolved." Update: Even after the latest Update, it continues to crash. It seems to be important for developers to deliver new Content than to make the Game work flawlessly.
