This little real time tactical game, although realized by a French team composed of only two people, will not be the new Pearl video. And it is not his particularly pompous name that will contradict me.
Highlights graphically not naughty.
The combat system, based on timing, is quite original.
Weaknesses silly history and insipid dialogues.
The many fights are repetitive and ultimately untactical.
The sides, like the poorly balanced craft, really do not bring anything.
The animations... There are no or just a few frames to illustrate the action.
It lacks a tutorial for newcomers or occasional players you will have understood, this simplistic game will have perfectly its place on a Tablet (there are also on mobile support) for short sessions but is certainly not a good choice on our good old steam.
4/10

Developed by Jérôme and Fred a duo of French forming to them both the Studio tank games conquerors of Kolhar is a small tactical RPG turn-by-turn very peach-like Flash game promising us epic fights, crafting and random encounters. The game comes in the form of a map where you will move from places to places to the sandstone of the dialogues of the three protagonists of our history. You are the Envoy of Queen Sijsen who sends you to recover an artifact in order to solve a prophecy hitting the Kingdom every hundred and seventy seven years and you guessed it, no Bowl... It is now.
A bigger sword!
On the map, in addition to the visitable places that are in fact only pretexts to put cheerfully on the face with waves of countless enemies, you will find your forge allowing for various resources to manufacture body weapons to bodies, firearms, Mage sticks, shields and armor. The resources are five that I identify as being wood, iron, silver, Crystal and a "bizarre violet bouboule" (sorry but I did not find a description in the game), allowing you to build different qualities of equipment with various magical properties for your heroes.
You can also recycle the items you find in combat to get resources. Note that among the dropable objects (besides the standard life potion) you will also find special potions increasing your characteristics as well as scrolls allowing a hero chosen to pass a level. On the same map you will find the table of powers of your characters that along their evolution adds or modifies their active skills as for example spells and special moves.
Blue exclamation points on the map tell you random events that for my part I fled like the plague because I only fell on this cursed witch who asked me to choose what characteristic I was going to lose since she had decided to curse my face, you old goat!
