Hillside Homecoming

Hillside Homecoming is an adaptation of a Fighting Fantasy book I wrote but never published, inspired by the NES versions of the Classic Macventure titles such as Shadowgate and Uninvited.

You awaken from your sleep and find yourself in a world you do not recognize, with your girlfriend missing.  All you have is a map to go off of, and a hint of where to go.

Features a custom-made point and click interface, as well as a combat system made to imitate the Fighting Fantasy aspects of my book. There are several items and weapons to find, and each weapon has its own ammo system. 

The first game I have ever made entirely by myself, I hand-drew everything in it, did all the programming, and messed around with Midi music to create custom tracks for most of the areas.

Every copy of the game also comes with a free PDF copy of the Fighting Fantasy book it is based upon! Enjoy!

Game is designed on a CRT monitor, for CRT monitors, but should work fine on a flatscreen. I just dont own a flatscreen to test this on.
