Hitchhiker's Guide to The System

Hitchhiker's guide to the system is a simulation of the solar system based on real data, it includes the nine plants (I still love you Pluto), two hundred moons and ten thousand small object. This project started as a way for me to explore plotting orbits in 2d and 3d space.  I have a very large semester-long android project and I choose to make an interactive map of the solar system. To avoid frustration I tried to work out the math and logic in unity. The only problem is that I fell in love with this project and I don't want to just throw it away. I worked on this for about 48 hours and it still has a lot of funky “features” but the core is stable and working. Usually I am quite busy with school work but I will try to update it regularly. Hope you enjoy it! 

Controls:

E=Move camera forward.

Q =Move camera backwards.

W=Move camera up.

S=Move camera down.

D=Move camera left.

A=Move camera right.

Right mouse= button rotate camera.

R=Reset camera to top down view.

1=Quick Travel to Mercury

2=Quick Travel to Venus

3=Quick Travel to Earth

4=Quick Travel to Mars

5=Quick Travel to Jupiter

6=Quick Travel to Saturn

7=Quick Travel to Uranus

8=Quick Travel to Neptune

9=Quick Travel to Pluto

(Comparison kind of killed the asteroid belt but flying thru it is truly majestic)
