Hollow
About
“I never cared about this ship...I just…wanted to find myself. I had to. Something deep in my brain – deep in my very soul – clawed at me, struggling to make sense of everything. But the sad truth is that it never could. I never could. I still can’t remember who I am.”
Hello, prospective crew member! Welcome to Shakhter-One, the first space mining ship to gather resources from the atmosphere of the planet Jupiter! Shakhter-One provides mass quantities of supplies to a resource-starved Earth. Thanks to Shakhter-One, we no longer have to depend on coal or oil! Still not sold on making Shakhter-One your new home?
“I don’t even know if this has happened before. Me, here, telling this same, exact story. …Surely not. I would remember that… Right?”
Shakhter-One offers a fresh start among the stars! On Shakhter-One, everybody is important! Everybody is employed! All children have an equal start! We’re confident you’ll see that Shakhter-One is the perfect place to begin your family’s future!
“The only thing that I can truly be sure of is the constant, pervading feeling I have deep inside. I’m empty. I’m hollow.”
In “Hollow,” you are one of the pilots that transports precious resource cargo from the mining ship Shakhter-One down to Earth. One day you wake up in an emergency capsule drifting near the facility. You don’t remember who you are, or how you got out there… All you can remember is an autopilot docking code for capsule dock NR 6.
When you dock with Shakhter-One, it is clear that something has gone horribly wrong. The crew is missing and the entire facility is dealing with catastrophic power issues. As you start to uncover the ship’s terrifying secrets, Shakhter-One threatens to take your identity, your sanity, and – ultimately – your life.
The worst evil is the one that knows us better than we know ourselves.
The worst nightmare is the one borne in our past, emotions, fears, and pain.

The game is an absolute air number.
-3 weapons, the tub-tongs is completely useless-extreme fps slate-3 types of opponents whereby the big viewers are completely unnecessary-the map is far too dense you can't scroll-partly not translated texts-the game is far too short-of horror no track have me Not even terrified-the bosskFight is a joke-boring end whoever expects a dead space will be extremely disappointed, the money you can save yourself.

While playing Hollow, I permament felt that the Game wasn't developed properly.
The Melee doesn't seem to work at all, the Weapons seem unbalanced, the Story too little thought through and the Puzzles set up too much. Add To that plump Mechanics, such as Switchboards that just didn't want to work anymore and Performance Issues that kept the Game freezing for a few Seconds.
What a pity! The Trailers seemed very promising.

The Trailers looked very promising for me, but this did not show itself in the Game itself. Due to the unsuccessful Story as well as massive Performance problems (Freeze or Framedrops of up to 60 FPS), the Game is not playable in many Combat Situations. By the mentioned Points, the Game does not appear fully developed and a real Horror Feeling does not come up at all. The Puzzles, are quite plump, which in turn lets tap on an unfinished Game. All in all, I can't recommend the Game in the current State.

Review written on 18.11.2017 Hab bought me the Game spontaneously because the first Pictures promised me. I'm run without much Expectation of the Game and had my Fun in the Beginning. However, the longer it zocked, the worse it felt. Until I had decided to leave it. Hollow just copies a lot of Stuff from other Games. On the other hand, I find the Opponents and Weapons unimaginative and the Story not told well. It is also Disturbing that the same Posters hang everywhere and that there are smaller Rucklers from time to time. I also lacked the common Thread. I usually play the Games I Reviewe Until the End, but in this Case I just have no Incentive and no more Desire.

Product received for free Info: I got the Key before Release from the Publisher Here you have another Example of what can go wrong if you have good Building blocks, but put the whole thing together wrong ...
The Basic Idea in the Game is great, the Setting is very reminiscent of Doom ³ or Dead Space. Unfortunately, the whole thing is technically weak.
Graphic: The Graphics are really good, but poorly optimized, which results in performance drops despite strong PC EXTREME.
Sound: Little present, but if so, then good.
Gameplay: Unfortunately, playing is difficult to play due to performance Issues. If it's running, then the Game is quite exciting. Unfortunately faulty or sometimes not translated at all.
Verdict: No Failure like DayOne, and recommended for €2 in the Sale. Unfortunately, nothing more than that.
