Holy Potatoes! What the Hell?! is a whacky hell-themed cooking management sim where you take on the role of a chef in an Afterlife populated by potatoes! Sort potato sinners into cooking stations to extract sinfully delicious ingredients, cook up incredible potato-based recipes, and appease the gods in your Pantheon by serving them savory spud dishes!
Play as Sweeny Tots, a potato chef in the Afterlife determined to find out what happened in his previous life as he works to ascend to heaven. Game worthy of the other Holy potatoes, with all its references to pop culture and its beautiful pun (the jokes talking about tubers are always flies).
Although some jokes may be difficult to understand if you do not speak English, the language barrier is not a problem: the game is very intuitive and is easy to take in hand.

Like all other Holy potatoes, it is filled with reference to popular culture and with full of word play with potatoes. Holy Potatoes! What the Hell?! Is a Time Management Game. As in the other Games of the Holy Potatoe Series, you play a Potato. Here you suddenly find yourself in hell, where you are to ascend with other Cooking Apprentices to become a Chef Champion and thus cook your Way through all the Sins of Hell in order to perhaps still go to Heaven after all.
There is a very detailed Tutorial that one Step by Step brings everything closer and the Cutscenes are written with a lot of Wit. Nothing "new" was invented here, but in this Setting I have never experienced a cooking management game. Instead of Meat and Vegetables, Sinners are "processed" here and then the Ingredients are made from it. But Tasty Dishes in the "Holy Potatoe Style";).
I also played and loved the other Games from this Series of games, which is why I had an Immediate look at this one when it was announced. Surprisingly, a Developer then gave me a Key for which I would like to say Thank you again. I was very happy! However, this does not Affect my Review.
Currently, the Game is currently only available in English, but I think that it will certainly still be located in other Languages in the Future. However, this is only a Presumption on my part, there is no Evidence of that.
