I don't know what to really think of Home ... It's not bad, but to call it "good" wouldn't be right either. It's... Home. You can describe it badly as it's something of your own. The Description flatters the Game more than it really plays at the End of the day. Basically you play a Man who wanders around a City (completing different Stages) and wants to go home (hence the title), he then realizes that something bad is going on in the City and more and more People and Places from his Past seems to be linked to it. At The End of the day, it's a Game where you're just looking for Clues, because there's not really anything about puzzling. You can run stubbornly from A to B and you're already through. What makes this Game is to find all the scattered (and partially hidden) Clues to the Backstory. At the End of the Game, the Protagonist From these Puzzle pieces tries to roll the story together, whether he is successful in doing so, is left to the Player, since the player indicates what he thinks or does not think about the respective reference. Replayability? Mediocre, you can find more or less hints, but once you have everything out, there is not much new, in addition the Game is too linear and the "Puzzles" are not. I would therefore not recommend the Game to anyone with pure Conscience. You can play it and it's supposed to last 1 Hour and 30 Minutes, according to your own Statement, to play through on a Piece (also again according to the Game's own statement), now you don't know if it took me that long, but whoever just goes through is sure to be much earlier Finished. The Problem is that the Game feels like it's unnecessarily dragged out. If you find an item that you need for a Hint, you usually have to go back a long way, then it turns out that it wasn't so urgent and you get annoyed To have wasted time again. And Games that always drive the Game time to the Length are rarely good. What makes this Game highly recommended, however, is the Story. As a Player, you want to find out what happened, why you're there. At the End of the Game you already have something, even if you haven't got everything out, you can already think of your Part. I recognise the Idea of the Game to try something new, but the Implementation is unfortunately very swallowed and also the Choice of pixel style (nothing against Pixel styles in general, I played a very good Horror Game in The Pixel Game) shows in my Opinion that one would rather Wanted to construct something simple and quick instead of following it more closely. Too bad, more would have gone there.
