Backstory: Pearl the axolotl – mermaid hybrid lost her family in the great war between the Axolotl Empire and The Mermaid Empire. Pearl and her family being the crossbreeds between these two species were in grave danger. Her father sacrificed himself so his family could escape from the Mermaid Empire but his sacrifice was in vain because his wife, mother of Pearl got caught not much later by the Axolotl Empire. Because the were both crossbreeds both empires decided to execute them. Only Pearl and her little brother escaped. But while escaping both empires Pearl and her brother got separated. Now her journey starts by searching for her only living relative, her brother.
