The diabolical Oggie gang has taken over the city. The citizens are now too fearful to even leave their homes. In their broken homes, they pray for a hero, but sometimes when you need a hero, the world sends a monster.

Buddy has stolen a large sum of the gang's money and they're out for his blood! Too bad they can't have it if they're all dead!
