Hookie - The Mountaineer

This game is the official submission for the Mini Jam: 86 held on 6th August 2021. 

The game was built keeping the theme Sport along with the limitation "no stopping" in mind.

Play as Hookie, a skilled mountain climber.  Your only goal is to collect keys and open portals. You cannot jump, you cannot stay still on walls for too long and you only have limited grapple uses. 

Controls:

• Press WASD or Arrow Keys to move up, down, left or right.
• Press G to open the grapple followed by arrow keys to adjust your aim. 
• In order to release the grapple, press G again. Note: you cannot undo your action once the grapple is released.
• Stick to walls and simultaneously move up or down to climb walls. Note that the downward and sideways keys must be pressed together at all times.
• Press R to restart any level.
