The game is about the poor enviroment living and a little bit of sarcastic view on our every day world. So if you want to change yourself into a Mafia Boss or a one who gives orders to your subordinates, then try this out.

Requirements:

.NET Framework and a computer that will handle it!

In-Game possibilities:

- Build your small Hooligan Empire under your command

- Support local selling points with stuff made by your cookers

- Deal and get money

- Steal from people in EasyGoldArea aka. Hooligans Paradise :)
