HOW NOT TO SINK
How not to sink is a game inspired by my experience with anxiety. It will ask you to write about your day, your fears and feelings, it will be a very personal experience, please make sure you play it on your own so you can pour yourself into it unrestrained.
Rest assured whatever you write will not leave your computer and will be erased once the game ends.It's intended to become a part of your daily routine, much like you would write a diary, so you can actually compare different days.
