• Play as a Leshy — a caring spirit of forests, a character from Slavic legends and folklore
• Animals are your friends (Units, when we talk about strategy games) — build Animal Holes wherever you want (it's up to you, it's your strategy) and summon Rabbits, Foxes, Wolves, Bears to help you to protect the Forest
• Catch Fireflies (also known as Resources in other strategy games) to grow your Forest
• Improve your skills and abilities, and use Magic and Totems to keep Villagers and Monsters out of your Forest
• Face dangerous Villagers, like Lumberjacks or Archers, who want to cut down your trees and kill the animals. But Villagers are not the single source of danger — creatures corrupted by Black Magic are eager to destroy the Tree of Life and steal the source of magic 

• Beautiful, hand-drawn, atmospheric levels, each one has a unique color scheme, weather, environment, and secrets.
• Progress through the game and see, how Forests are changing the in-game world and make it only better
