Hubris Paradigma

Hubris Paradigma is a journey of discovery, survival and battle in a dystopian future through a sequence of rooms, conceptually inspired by a board game.

*We developed a well-defined initial prototype showing the gameplay, design and art style the game should have. This was developed in just under a year of work by 5 people in their free time. As we could not find any financing, we decided to cancel the project. This release is only meant to be a demonstration of what could be.

Play as Ram and climb the tower to discover its mysteries and foil the plans of the evil CPU.

Each level consists of a game board with squares. These can be of different types: fight, trap, treasure and transfer.

The combat system is turn-based and the moves at our disposal have a predefined number of uses before they become unusable. You don't get the moves as you level up, but you steal them from enemies after defeating them or they are given to you by NPC.

It will be possible to capture most of the enemies defeated in battle that populate the game world.

Install instructions

• Download .zip file.
• Place in a folder on your desktop.
• Right click -> Extract Here.
• Double click on "Hubris Paradigma.exe".
