Redefine Everything Around You: Using Letters
A 15-25 min. problem-solving game that explores redefining the purpose of everything around us.
Break apart your environment and re-combine them into new, helpful objects.
❤️ HOW TO PLAY ❤️
Formed words must read left-to-right, horizontally (with empty space before and after the word), on empty black spaces of the map.
1) Push letters together into words to create objects... then maybe even break them apart again?
2) But always create HEART & give ❤ to ü, at the end
🎮 CONTROLS 🎮
E - Break apart an object (this action is your best friend)
SPACE - Swap places with adjacent tile (great if a letter gets "stuck")
W A S D - Turning + Movement
(P - Restart level)
Tips & tricks:
- Always think back to previous gameplay & words/objects
- Many things have a different purpose than what initially meets the eye!
- Always look around the map for hints; suspend all assumptions, as most things around you are breakable (including the things you made!).
Help! I'm stuck on a level!
We want everyone to explore & enjoy the full game and its mechanics, so try these if you really get stuck:
- Level 1 (Title screen): letters can spell Heart, then pushed to be given to ü
- Level 2 (Crossing the Sea): a Boat can be broken apart (E) on land after you've made & used it; always remember to make & give Heart to ü at the end
- Level 3 (Breaking the Walls): some objects can be pushed against another object to interact
- Level 4 (Building a Bridge): an Axe destroys a Tree, and a Sign is breakable
- Level 5 (Redefining What's Possible): always break everything around you into usable letters; also, a Pickaxe destroys Rocks, and a Purple Button opens a Purple Cage, and a Heart fixes ü!

This is our First Game + First Game Jam!
Created for the Brackeys Game Jam 2021.1: “STRONGER TOGETHER,” because individual letters only have a greater meaning together: from A to Z, or i and ü. :)
