I Want To Be Human

I Want To Be Human is a Platformer of a slightly different Kind. Developed by Artist Sinclair Strange and Edited by Rising Star Games Story: I Want To Be Human revolves around a young Couple living in a World controlled by Smile Tech, an obviously evil Company, and prohibiting everything the Humanity is having Fun. The two Protagonists are caught Kissing in Public And sentenced to Genetic Manipulation, as a Result of which the female Character became a Vampire and the male character a Cap. Both are now trying to become human Beings again, this does not always work without Strife. Main Menu: In the Main Menu you will find different Riders: Story: Play the Story of the two Protagonists Challenges: The Game is not difficult enough for you? Then try your hand at these 20 extra heavy Challenges! Extras: Here you will find the various In-game tracks, Artworks and Comics Options: Rules volume, Change Control Language: Change the Language So the Main Menu is kept quite simple. However, This is not the only Menu in the Game. If you Enter either the story world or the challenge world, you will find yourself in another Menu where you can walk around and shoot and choose the level you want. Game Mechanics: As is customary with a Platformer, the Mechanics are simple: Jumping, Shooting, Double Jump and Running. In general, the Control is kept simple and also well and accurately implemented. The Charging Screen screens are something very special: Individual Comic pages on which the Story is explained. They can be zommed to and scrolled. Difficulty: I Want To Be Human is still very simple at first. No Sooner has one become accustomed to this simple Difficulty than the game kills the Player with a significantly higher Degree of Difficulty. The Difficulty cannot be changed. Atmosphere: The Atmosphere is ... Very electro-punk heavy. The addictive Music, the visual Overload of Stimuli, the Nonsense and the hidden Sense in Nonsense, Blood and Carnage create a very special Atmosphere, which is not suitable for everyone, but also cannot really be described. Graphic: The Graphic is in comic style. Unfortunately, the Graphics of the Letters in the comic charge screen pixelate something, otherwise there are no Flaws. Music: Today, you don't expect much of a Platformer'S Music, but I Want To Be Human takes the whole thing to a new Level. The title song "I Want To Be Human" is so "catchy" that the Desire to play increases with every Re-listening to the Song. Each Level has its own 8-Bit song composed by James Euringer (Sänger/Synthesizer of Mindless Self Indulgence), all of which get qualitatively to the Songs of his Band. Fun: I Want To Be Human is Fun .. Have fun.. Too much Fun .. It makes you downright dependent. Good for the development Team to achieve just that a Game! Price/Performance: Just under €15am are, in this Day and age, some plenty of Coal for a Platformer. Here, however, you have to bear in mind that the Comics and the Music are much more high-quality than with most other Games. If a mediocre known Draughtsman and a punk legend are hired for a Game, such a Prize is more than justified.
