Ice Cream Shop

An ice cream shop simulator made by: Dylan Lavimodiere (Programming) and Allison Dawes (Modeling) made for GamesPlusJam 2022, with the theme of "MIX IT UP!". Additional credits under options screen.

Concept

The project does not feature much gameplay as it was focused on making it play well, and the player's role had familiar elements of ice cream building games with the twist of food coloring to save on ice cream stock. The ice cream orders will only include the 3 primary colors and 3 secondary colors, with the toppings.

Gameplay loop (proposed)

• Get the order of colored ice cream from the screen
• Walk up to the ice cream machine to have a menu appear (this will spawn a random ice cream color for orders)
• Modify the color of the ice cream to be correct  with food coloring and add the correct toppings

Controls

• Mouse and cursor to select buttons
• WASD to move
• Right click to move camera with mouse movement
• Escape can be used to unbind the cursor to the screen
