Very cool Game! If you liked Q.U.B.E 2, Portal, Dead Core or the like Games, you will love it here too. The Gameplay principle I can easily learn and you "desperate" not to play Puzzles like with Q.U.B.E 2. Innovative Mechanics, great cyber optics and great programmed-so far no Glitches etc found. If you are looking for a Challange, where you can still keep up (in the global Ranking)-this is the right place! Impulse is just 2 Days old and therefore no Problem getting to a Top 10 Ranking. The only Minus Point is the AI at play, which cheers you up in one Death with the Slogan "Your are a Dissappointment:D"

Interesting game mechanics, a short lifespan for players who are not adept at speedrun. But a very pleasant game that gives players the opportunity to surpass themselves on each level. A real-time ranking system that allows you to list the 100 best competitors, handy if you want to situate yourself in relation to the elite. Arm yourself with motivation and fiercely, and exceed your limits in this original game developed by French students. Besides if these developers listen to me, can you add next to our time in speedrun mode the difference in time compared to our best time. This would allow players to know where they are, without using tier software. Good game overall.

Product received for free I always mistrust games in sight in the first person where the incarnate character participates in a scientific experiment. Many times the developers try to approach Portal without ever getting there and the result is at best disappointing, at worst catastrophic. Fortunately this is not the case here! You have two weapons: one allowing to place a blue bubble to accelerate the movements, the other to place a red bubble to slow down time and allow to regain support in the air. Said like that you would think that the puzzles will be limited quickly and that the 25 rooms will be redundant but the developers have managed to vary to the maximum by exploiting fully these mechanics. For example, you will have to put bubbles against a wall during a jump to land further, accelerate some laser panels to create a lag and move between two, slow down enemy fire, etc. I prefer to warn you, impulse is hard... very hard and each error is sanctioned by an immediate return at the beginning of the level. Once the game is mastered, one realizes that it is cut for the speedrun and that with a little training one manages to cut all over the top of the physics, to finally realize that there are aliens who have already done much better in the leaderboard. It's also a pity not to be able to watch the replays of the first (but go take a look on YouTube or speedrun.com it's pretty crazy). At the end of year project of three French students, impulse is a real success and if you like difficulty and speed, throw yourself on it, you will have enough to occupy you for a good time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBd8L8YvC00
