At the Beginning of the Game you start in a Desert, still completely without magical Abilities. One is introduced to the basic Control, on the Way to a Temple. In this Temple we receive our first magical Formula after a short Time. By Holding the left Mouse button and the Words "Lumeh Tial," a bright Light appears in our Hand immediately after releasing the left Mouse button. With our new Ability, we can then enter another dark Area. We can Finish the Spell by a simple Click with the right Mouse button. This is especially necessary if we want to speak another Spell. Over Time, we learn more and more Spells that help us solve new Puzzles and discover new Ways. Achja: If you play with the invented Language, you can read the Spells in the Diary, so that you can get to know the Pronunciation with you. The Developers thought along well. The Concept is not completely new, but very rarely used. For Example, at Tom Clancy's Hawx, where it didn't work quite as well and therefore hadn't been so much Fun. The Puzzles themselves are still very simple at the Beginning, but then quickly increase with Difficulty. In some Cases, Puzzles are open to recognizable as such. Sometimes, however, you are also at an Impasse and doubt whether this is the right Way to go about it at all. These keep popping up in Aisles and putting us on the Pelle. With the right Magic, they are no longer a Challenge, just annoying. And that really doesn't have to be. All in all, I am generally bothered that it is possible to die. That shouldn't have been, not at a Puzzle Game. Of Course, if you draw the Comparison to Portal: There are also Opponents there. But these are integrated as Puzzles, as you have to consider how to get by. Even such are found in In Verbis Virtus. The Bugs, however, are not integrated into a Puzzle, but a Fight. You can't say otherwise. They disrupt the Atmosphere. Finally, the Graphics: For an Early Access title from an independent Studio, the Graphics are really solid. And the Levels are really beautifully designed and sometimes really an Eye Splendor. The Soundtrack can be heard and I have noticed Bugs from time to time, but not that it would disturb conspicuously. So I can only encourage every Puzzle lover to play this Game as long as my negative Criticisms don't bother too much.
