Each level is themed after a part of the body: hands, heart (and brain is coming soon). Kill the sicknesses, and solve the puzzles to pass the level 

Keys A & D to move left and right 

Space bar to jump/next line in a cutscene  

Aim with mouse and click to shoot

 Press Q to pick up an object, or start a puzzle
